We Observe Strict Confidentiality

We value your privacy and security as much as we value our own.  We do not record or store any of your sensitive data other than basic contact information in our systems.

Each employee and contractor receives training in confidentiality and privacy. We do not engage in personal discussions about you, your family, circumstances or other information to which we are privy. We do not share such information with others. In addition, each employee or contractor signs a statement agreeing to strict confidentiality of any information about you, whether your name, address, services performed, or any other information. Any violations result in termination.

All disaster preparedness specialists and other employees or contractors undergo a full reference check and criminal records search. All are subject to random drug tests at least once a year.
