Emergency information wallet cards for adults and children

The Family Emergency Plan folding wallet card for adults and children from www.Ready.gov is very comprehensive. Unfortunately, there are no instructions for their use. Please be aware that each adult would also need to carry folding cards for each child in the family in order to have medical information and also contact information for friends or locations other than for each child’s school at hand.
